SALON POLICY

Here at Aerial Studio we pride ourselves on offering the most seamless and positive experience possible. As our salon grows we want to continue to service as many clients as we can to achieve their hair goals. 

 

As a small business that launched during the pandemic, every appointment is valued. Now that we are reopened we have a high influx of new and returning clients that are eager to book an appointment. As a result we will be implementing a deposit and cancellation policy for all client bookings.

 

DEPOSITS

A non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. 

$100 will be required for all colour services and $50 for non colour services. 

Please note deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final cost of your service.  

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

We require 48 hours notice for all cancellations. 

For all appointments cancelled within 48 hours the deposit will be retained as cancellation fee. 

 

Please note: At Aerial we are extremely empathetic to any last minute medical or personal emergencies that may impact a client’s appointment and will of course offer discretion for any sudden cancellations of this nature. 

 

LATE POLICY

 

Clients who do not arrive within 15 minutes of their appointment time will be charged a cancellation fee and will need to re-book their appointment.

 

 

NO SHOW POLICY 

Clients who do not show up to their appointment without prior notice will be contacted within 48 hours to make a payment of 50% of the service amount. 

NOTE: Aerial Studio accepts; Visa / Mastercard Debit Cards, Visa / Mastercard Credit Cards, EFTPOS Debit Cards and cash. All merchant fees are paid by Aerial Studio.
